How many times have you loaded up your shopping cart- only to discover that Despair charges extortionate shipping rates? How many times have you tried to order a favorite mug, or t-shirt, only to discover it wasn’t in inventory? How many times have you placed in order in response to a Wailing List promotion- only to have to wait a couple of weeks for it to ship out? Admit it- we’re not exactly falling over ourselves to win your business and affection, unlike some other online retailers…
At least- not usually.
But- to my amazement and I’m sure yours as well, somehow Despair has finally managed to clear out our massive backlog of backorders AND even replenished almost all of our inventories. In short, we’re now shipping out the vast majority of orders within 48 to 72 orders of order placement!
